The onsens were a great way to unwind after a day of exploring the city. The staff was quick to address any concerns we had. We appreciated the complimentary drinks in the lobby.
We didn't encounter any major problems during our stay. However, some parts of the hotel looked a bit worn down.

The location was perfect, surrounded by beautiful scenery and providing a tranquil atmosphere. The service was top-notch, with attentive and friendly staff always ready to assist us.
